Remote resort island goes bankrupt (update: now closed)

Update March 19: The resort has closed and all operations have ceased until a trustee can resume minimal operations.

First reporting: Remote and only accessible by boat, Daufuskie Island is barley treading water and faces a tight credit crunch while aid from the upcoming tourist season looks to be lackluster.
