Slow computers: One man arrested, one knocked out after Charleston library incident

Image by Flickr user wise The mark of the beast.

It's no surprise that the computers at the Charleston County Public Library on Calhoun Street are slow.

They've been like that for a long time.

But one library patron couldn't take it and after he became vocal over the matter, a second patron told the upset user to be quiet.

Which appears to have been a straw too much and the frustrated user planted a punch on the second man — knocking him out.

Multiple briefs abound, but I'll point you to The Post and Courier's report that has some additional reporting (read it here.)

The first man is now in jail awaiting a bond hearing.
