North Charleston police have arrested Andrea Magwood, the Fairhavens Manor director, during a raid of the 14-bed assisted living group home.

Magwood is accused of neglecting residents, resulting in bodily harm, in connection with an April 5 incident and will appear in bond court today at 10 a.m.

After the dust settled yesterday, it became apparent that this is not the first time Magwood has been charged with this crime.  According to records, she was arrested in 2004 on the same charge at that same facility.
