Barre Fusion Training Program
Expands Barre Program to East Shore Athletic Club – Johnnie Dodds Location
Mount Pleasant, S.C. (July 6, 2011) – Lowcountry Power Pilates, LLC today announced the offering of its new Barre Fusion Training Certification Program to anyone interested in becoming certified to teach at the beginner/intermediate level.
During this program, participants will learn the exercises and principles of the barre method and classical Pilates. The class is designed to prepare participants to teach safe and effective group fitness and personal training programs through the development of leadership and technical skills. Topics covered include anatomy, injury prevention and care, structure and workout combinations. No previous instructing experience is necessary but participants are expected to complete 10 Barre Fusion classes and required reading prior to attending the certification program.
The program will be offered Aug. 26-28 at the Lowcountry Power Pilates Studio located at East Shore Athletic Club - Park West, 3301 Stockdale St., Mt. Pleasant, S.C. 29466. Participants will meet Friday, Aug. 26, 4 to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 27-28, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Barre Fusion Now Available at ESAC – Johnnie Dodds Location
Lowcountry Power Pilates is also pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with East Shore Athletic Club (ESAC). In addition to its Park West location, beginning Monday, July 18, the studio will offer Barre Fusion classes at ESAC Johnnie Dodds: Monday and Wednesday 6 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday 7 a.m.; Friday 5:45 a.m.; Saturday 8:30 a.m.
A new class schedule will commence on July 18 at ESAC Park West: Monday 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday 11:30 a.m.; Wednesday 8:30 a.m.; Thursday 7:15 p.m.; Saturday 10:30 a.m.
