Update, February 1, 2012:  GrandStrandHappening.com has more information on the event.

Kristi Falk is having a Trashy Valentine event to help further her passion. Kristi's passion is promoting health and wellness and protecting the environment through her nonproft, The Wellness Council for SC. The trashy refers to using recycled products to make a dress based on some popular shows.

"My Trashy Valentine" looks to be an exciting evening for you and your valentine.  Myrtle Beach DJs are providing the entertainment for your listening and dancing pleasure.  Several well-known restaurants are also providing the food ranging from Italian to Mexican to Japanese; something for everyone!  There will also be an art show from local artists and a silent auction. Rumor has it that some of the items donated include sports memorabilia, some get-away packages, and oh, yes, something from a rock legend. (Can't tell you who, you just have to come and see it!).

The event is to raise funds for Green SPARK, an organization devoted to teaching at risk children abuot nutrition, the arts and the importance of a green future. To read more, go to www.grandstrandhappening.com/trashy-valentine.
