The book "The Ghosts of Charleston" has been out for some time (2000, actually) and while I'm not quite sure why, The Post and Courier has printed a handy and condensed list of some of the ghosts purported to appear in downtown Charleston.

Not comprehensive, but it'll wet your ghost appetite, take a gander here.
