Ocean 10 Studios looking to catalyze the local film and music culture
Ever notice that building on the corner of Joe White and Seaboard Street? No, not the Sonic Drive-In. Across from there beside the Mason's Tire... It has the cool looking gate that says "Ocean 10 Studios" on it.
