Small plates are all the rage; Here's a few restaurants in Charleston that shine

Yes, smaller, sharable plates are quite popular these days. And theĀ Charleston City Paper has done up an article that points out a few spots in town (McCrady's, The Blind Tiger, Henry's House) that are shinning examples of this trend and generally won't break the bank.
