It's weekend round-up time.

The Charleston City Paper has a nice round-up already out that will tide you over for the next three days, but we wanted to throw a couple more events at you that are sure to be stellar.

Friday:

- Today is the opening day for both the College of Charleston and The Citadel's baseball seasons. Soak up a weekend full of America's pass time as both teams host tournaments here in the Lowcountry.

Saturday:

- Lend your green thumb to help create downtown Charleston's newest community garden! Come out this afternoon to help clean up the spot on the corner of Rutldge and Bogard Street or skip the clean up and help actually design the garden space.

- The Daniel Island Property Owners Association has partnered with ECCO (East Cooper Community Outreach) to present the annual Daniel Island Oyster Roast.

- Treat yourself to some free culture and art at the Gibbes today. The "nature inspired" day is brought to you courtesy of the Junior League of Charleston.

- The College of Charleston men's basketball team travels to Northern Virginia to face George Mason in an ESPN televised BracketBuster game.

Sunday:

Sunday is looking pretty lazy, so enjoy it!

There is always plenty more where all these awesome events came from. Get all the goods right here.
