Equinox Art & Music Fest puts spotlight on local artists and musicians
On Saturday, March 24, 2012, artists of all types will gather at the Farmers Market in Downtown Conway for the Equinox Music and Art Festival from noon to 8 p.m.
The festival, put together by CREATE! Conway, celebrates art, music, culture, and community and will provide demonstrations of various art forms. There will glass blowing, clay molding, and painting demonstrations. The list of musicians performing live include Randall Hill, Matt Parris, Jesse Uzzell, and Wicked Gift just to name a few. There will tons of original creations for sale from the artists, which provides a great opportunity to learn the story behind the art.
