Georgetown County Library officials are seeking works of children's art that celebrate the inspirational side of The Great Depression.

The Smart Investing at Your Library project is a joint effort between the American Library Association and the FINRA Investor Education Foundation that focuses on providing access to unbiased financial and investing information from their local library.

As a part of the $87,300 grant the Georgetown County Library recieved, they have elected to have an art contest for kids ages 6 to 16. The general theme is The Great Depression and any medium is accepted. There's even a free pizza party for everyone that sounds like it might be worth checking out.
