On Thursday, January 26th, from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m., Wells Gallery (125 Meeting Street) will host an Artist Reception for “Quiet Space”, a show featuring the photography of John Michiels.

Michiels' photography can be viewed at the Wells Gallery throughout the month of January. Michiel has been creating art since he was a child and began winning awards while a high school student. As an adult, he has gained quite a bit of recognition at the Piccolo-Spoleto Outdoor Art Exhibit each year, during which he has won six ribbons for his photography.
