Need an extra dash of culture in art during Spoleto? Spoleto Soleil is an exciting series of art demonstrations, Lectures & Plein Air Painting on Broad Street’s Gallery Row that it taking place throughout the festival.

This year's Spoleto Soleil events will run until June 10th.

With so many galleries participating over a period of 17 days with demonstrations, shows, and receptions this is sure to be a fantastic, must-visit complement to the Spoleto USA Festival. Galleries are stocked with Spoleto USA Programs and will be happy to answer any festival questions.

Take a look at the event schedule which continues this evening at Bernie Horton Gallery (43 Broad Street) from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Helen K. Beacham demonstrates watercolors on yupo and traditional paper. Helen is a local artist and teaches watercolor and acrylic workshops throughout the year. New work by Helen Beacham and Bernie Horton will be on view.
