Hundreds of open houses expected for Lowcountry Open House Weekend

More than 150 homes will be open to the public during 2011 Lowcountry Open House Weekend, June 4 and 5, presented by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and The Post and Courier.

“The list of participating homes is really diverse this year—there will be open houses at every price point, in every corner of the Lowcountry” said Rob Woodul, 2011 CTAR President.

Currently, the nearly 200 participating homes span from Bonneau to Folly Beach to Kiawah Island, with the highest number of open houses in areas like Mount Pleasant, Summerville and Charleston.

“It is a fantastic opportunity for those at every stage in the buying process—from just browsing to those already working with a Realtor—to see a large number of properties in one weekend, in a stress-free environment,” said Meghan Weinreich, CTAR’s Marketing Director.

Prospective buyers can find a searchable list of participating homes at LowcountryOpenHouseWeekend.com and RSVP for the event on Facebook.

Lowcountry Open House Weekend is a partner in Nationwide Open House Weekend, which is a collaborative effort sponsored by Realtor Associations around the nation.
