Social Wine Bar's fourth Starving Artists event is Feb. 2 (also adds prix fixe menu)

Social Restaurant + Wine Bar is bringing on its fourth installment of the Starving Artists series on Wednesday, February 2, at 7: 30 p.m.

The East Bay culinary spot will have an "eclectic mix" set up around the space for bar mingler and table diners to tour. 

There will be some new artists featured at this installment, including: Angela Chvarak and Janelle Riolo, Noelle London Beads, and Elise Testone.

Also featured will be Michael Charamella and Jason Davis, and jewelry will be on sale from Scarlett Poppy and Noelle London Beads and tunes  by Elise Testone and The Steam Brothers.

Music will start at 9 p.m. No reservations required.

In related new the restaurant has complement its regular and happy hour menus, with prix-fixe 3-course meal for $25 and wine pairings for an additional $15. The menu will change weekly and highlight seasonal ingredients and new dishes of Chef Doug
Svec’s choosing. For the launch of this, one of the entrée selections will be the crispy chicken thigh dish by Chef Svec, currently featured on the cover of the February issue of Food & Wine magazine. The menu will change each Thursday throughout the year.

Social is at 188 East Bay Street and is open Monday - Saturday after 4 p.m. with happy hour services from 4 - 7 on weekdays.
