‘Moments of Joy’ run ends Feb. 15

In honor of Black History Month, ‘Moments of Joy,’ a comedic musical about a woman’s life, has come to Charleston, and there are only four shows left.

Here’s a bit about the play from an emailed press release:
Joy Vandervort-Cobb is the consummate story teller. Performing Moments of Joy, her one woman show, she recreates the characters of influence from her past and displays how these men and woman have shaped her into the irreverent, comic and compassionate woman that she is.

The remaining show times are: Thursday, Feb 12 at 8 p.m.; Saturday, Feb 14 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.; Sunday, Feb 15 at 3 p.m. The performances are at the Circular Congregational Church at 150 Meeting Street.

If you don’t have tickets yet, don’t sweat, because you can reserve ‘Pay What You Will’ tickets by calling (843) 810-8100. Valentine’s Day tickets are two for the price of one!
