The South Carolina Aquarium and the Charleston Symphony Orchestra have joined forces for a family-friendly evening of aquatic melodies with seven ensembles entertaining guests throughout the aquarium.

Wander the exhibits of the Aquarium and see over 5,000 animals and plants, all while enjoying the sounds of the sea. Get a chance to interact with the musicians and learn more about the Symphony, then savor light hors d’oeuvres. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided as well.

Tickets are $20 for non-members, but aquarium and orchestra members can enjoy a special members-only rate of $10 per person. For tickets, call (843) 577- 3474.

The 'Sounds at the Sea' event will take place January 13th from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
