Tap into your artistic side with The Recurring Revival at Redux

Starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 3rd, Redux Contemporary Art Center (136 Saint Philip St.) presents the Redux Revival, an all-day arts celebration.

This extravaganza is ideal for both kids and big kids and features a variety of activities and entertainment such as hands-on art workshops, live music, a raffle, tons of food vendors, face painting, and more.

You'll also get to witness some killer graffiti and screenprinting, so bring along a shirt so you can take some one-of-a-kind art home with you.

The festivities last for a full twelve hours, so you'll have plenty of time to check out all the art and chat up local artists. Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door--and the little ones get in for free!

And while you're getting in touch with your inner creativity at the extravaganza, why not go ahead and sign up for a Redux spring class? Some of the classes being offered include figure drawing, photography, and oil painting.
