Wild Wing Cafe has announced the third installment of their very successful "Beer University" beer and food tastings. Beer U features one brewery at each tasting and pairs several flights of beers with specific foods that showcase unique flavor profiles in each beer.

The next tasting is on Wednesday, January 27th, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Coleman Blvd. Wild Wing Cafe and will feature five beers from the Abita Brewing Company. This tasting is being billed as a "Taste of N'Awlins" and the Abita Brewing Company's beers will be paired with dishes like Crispy Fried Crawfish, Louisiana Boudin Balls, Jambalaya and other Bayou favorites.

40 spots are available and tickets are just $20 for five beer & food tasting courses. Beer University tickets are available at the Coleman Blvd. Wild Wing Cafe while supplies last.
