On Wednesday, July 8, Yo Burrito will be screening a behind the scenes film on Carrotmob, the one-day community event at Queen Street Grocery that raised more than $1,600 to improve the "green" factor of the store.

Read more stories on this subject in our Carrotmob topic page.Local filmmaker Jason Nathanson of The Cut Company documented the Carrotmob event that was established to reward businesses that are making socially responsible decisions.

Here's more details about the event from an e-mail:

We want to know what you think as we begin planning another Carrotmob here in Charleston. You are invited to stop by Yo Burrito, 77 Wentworth Street in Downtown Charleston on Wednesday, July 8th to voice your thoughts and check out the short film from local filmmaker Justin Nathanson. The gathering starts around 7PM and anyone who rides their bike will receive a FREE drink!

Back in April, with help from many of our friends we staged our first Carrotmob at Queen Street Grocery and saw over 400 people take part, effectively tripling their best Saturday sales ever. Over $1600 was raised towards energy upgrades on their building!

This time around, what type of business should we focus on? What should be the impact of this Carrotmob? How should we get the word out there?
