First report: Well, not that kind of dragon, silly. The 3rd annual Dragon Boat Festival is this coming Saturday, April 30th at Market Common.

Put on by Ground Zero, a local non-profit aimed at helping teens and by Dragon Boat Festival organizers 22 Dragons, the third installment of this festival hopes to be the best so far. On Monday, 22 Dragons will be delivering the boats and dropping them in the waters at Grand Park in Market Common.
