The Commonwealth Cares Foundation is teaming up with local band Needtobreathe for their annual charity golf tournament.

The event, dubbed the Needtobreathe Classic, will benefit the Palmetto Medical Initiative, which provides “sustainable, quality health care to those in need while increasing accessibility to global medical missions.”

The tournament will be played on March 19th, 2013 at the Daniel Island Ralston Creek and Beresford Courses.

After the tournament, there is a silent auction and awards ceremony. From there VIP guests will be able to attend a private party with Needtobreathe. The band and other performers will play at the party.

If you’d like to play in the event, you can register here. All players will be given a “generous gift bag including signed CDs and other gifts.” Celebrity Guests from the NFL, MLB, and music industry are expected to attend, so may end up being paired with one of them.

This is certainly a must for any Needtobreathe and/or golf fans.
