Shopping with Friends, the annual fundraiser for Lowcountry AIDS Services, is celebrating its sixth year of guilt free shopping for a great cause.

Over 100 of the Lowcountry's most prestigious local and national stores have once again pledged to give ten percent of their sales on Saturday, December 5th to Lowcounty AIDS Services.

Shopping with Friends begins with a kick-off party on Friday evening, December 4th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Saks Fifth Avenue on King Street. Come in and shop while sipping cocktails and enjoying delicious hors d'oeuvres. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a fashion photo shoot complete with makeup application and wardrobe styling all provided by Saks. Tickets to this stylish event are $15 and 100% of ticket money will be donated to Lowcountry AIDS Services.

The excitement continues on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to Noon at the official Shopping with Friends kick-off brunch, held at the beautiful The Charleston Place Hotel. Guests will enjoy a full brunch, complete with Bloody Marys and Mimosas. Charleston Magazine’s style editor Ayoka Lucas has partner with Charleston’s most premier vintage brokers and has personally selected wonderful treasures to have on hand for attendees’ shopping pleasure. Every Fashoinista will walk away with a Swag Bag provided by Trish McEvoy. Tickets to this VIP event are $45.
