Anvil!: The Story of Anvil, a rock documentary about the 80's metal band who are the real life equivalent to Spinal Tap is opening today, May 22, at the Terrace Theater.

The show will play today through Monday at 9:15 p.m.

Directed by Sacha Gervasi, the film follows the band on their quest to stardom and the hilarious mishaps and touching moments of despair as they struggle to keep it together while chasing their dream.

The Terrace Theater is located at 1956 D Maybank Highway in James Island.
