Local act The Golden Pyramids have been making some solid noise around town, and this Friday, October 2 they'll be performing at Mount Pleasant's new hot spot Tantra.

The Golden Pyramids boys sound a lot like Bloc Party, guaranteeing a fun show no matter what. You may have even caught them at the Fuel Block Party a couple weeks back. Check out the guest list at the Facebook event page.

Showtime is 9 p.m. at Tantra which is located at 1035 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard.
