Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, one of the most soulful alt-country/rock and roll bands in the country are on tour this summer and stopping by The Windjammer on July 20th.

I've been lucky enough to catch the past two Charleston shows, but this time around the band will be throwing tons of new music into the mix. The band recently released their third album, "Grace Potter & The Nocturnals" which has been racking up rave reviews from both fans and music critics. My favorite review come from the Houston Press and goes a little something like this:

“This album grabbed [us] by the ears and slapped our face the second we put it in the player, and the pain felt so good. We’re going to let it happen again. Many times, probably.”

Grace Potter can wail like Janis Joplin, croon like Raitt, is a triple-threat on the guitar, piano and mic, and let's all face it -- the band flat out rocks the hell out of their live shows.

Tickets to the show are on sale now for $15 each.
