New downtown dining spot Shine is expanding its menu to offer lunch starting Tuesday, May 26.

Read more stories on this subject in our restaurants topic page.Lunch will be served between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday -- also worth noting: The restaurant will stay open between lunch and dinner for all of you who favor afternoon cocktail sessions.

Shine's menu has an interesting selection of international street fare including Argentinian Arepas, Korean Bulgogi, Mexican corn (my favorite!), and the Southern favorite, Tater Tot casserole.  Check out the full dinner menu here (lunch menu isn't available yet). Oh, and for desert make sure and try the bacon covered chocolate sundae ... it's the perfect mix of salty and sweet!
