Join Fish restaurant for the Fête de Beaujolais Nouveau - an evening dedicated to toasting one of France's richest winemaking traditions.

On the third Thursday of each November, over a million cases of Beaujolais Nouveau begin their journey through France for shipment around the world. Restaurants and wine enthusiasts the world over strive to be among the first to serve or consume this annual harvest.

Certified Specialist of Wine and Fish general manager Jodie Battles has partnered with local distributor Advintage to present Charleston’s first taste of limited, high-caliber 2012 crus from the legendary Beaujolais wine region.

French Master Chef Nico Romo will serve a five-course French dining menu as sommeliers provide context for guests to discover the unique character of five different Beaujolais wine crus.

This intimate tasting dinner takes place on Friday, November 16th, at 7 p.m. in the upstairs dining room at Fish. The cost is $70, inclusive of wine and five-course dinner. Seating is limited to 30 guests. For details or to make reservations, call (843) 722-3473 or visit Fish.
