Learn about, take a guided tour of Charleston's community and urban gardens

Join Lowcountry Local First's Director of Sustainable Agriculture and local community gardener, Nikki Seibert, for a training on the basics of starting and running an urban community garden.

Nikki with lecture the group and shortly after, lead a guided bike tour of local community gardens (rental bikes included at no additional cost).

The Community and Urban Gardening class is taking place on on Saturday, October 1st, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The class will meet at Burke High School, located at 244 President Street in downtown Charleston. It's $65 to attend and you can reserve your spot by calling (843) 740-5444.
