Moe’s Crosstown Tavern is hosting a benefit for Allan Park as local residents and members of the Hampton Park Terrace Neighborhood Association work with the Charleston Parks Conservancy to raise money to renovate the park.

Patrons can donate a minimum of $1 for a chance to be entered into a drawing for several prizes, including:

  • A Charleston Parks Conservancy membership valued at $1,000
  • Two registrations to the Conservancy’s Educate You series
  • Two tickets to the Conservancy’s annual Park for the Parks on September 22 at Colonial Lake
  • Charleston Parks Conservancy promotional items
  • A gift certificate to Ted’s Butcherblock, and more.

Moe’s Crosstown will display paper shovels in the restaurant bearing the names of donors who have opted to “dig in for Allan Park.”

Moe’s also will host Allan Park Night at 5 p.m. May 23rd with a special plated dinner and craft beer from Sweetwater Brewing Co. Proceeds from the food sales will be donated to Allan Park. The winners of the prize drawing will be announced at 9 p.m.
