More Charleston hauntings than you can shake a stick at

The Halloween season has neared its totality in Charleston — and there's few better places to be this time of year than in one of America's oldest cities.

The Charleston City Paper has a round up of most everything you need to know to get your spooking sense oriented in the Holy City.

It's worth noting that there's been a flurry of attention over at the gothic style Old City Jail as Travel Channel's "Ghost Adventures" crew has set up shop and camped out hoping to catch a glimmer of a haunted present.

If you want to get a bit more immersive, you may want to read up on the "Ghosts of Charleston". Or, if you want to try and get personal, the Carolina's have plenty of haunted rooms for you to try your mettle at.

But if you just want a bit of more standard Halloween Charleston fun, check out our topic page, this roundup of what to do in the fall in the Lowcountry, and hit up our event calendar.
