The Pee Dee Street Rodders, along with the City of Myrtle Beach, will host their 24th annual Run to the Sun benefit car show from Thursday, March 15 to Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the old Myrtle Square Mall located at 2501 Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach.
Get your motors runnin' folks, 'cause the hot rods are coming to town! For the 24th year in a row, the awesome folks with the Pee Dee Street Rodders and the City of Myrtle Beach are hosting their "Run to the Sun" benefit car show. This year's proceeds will go to The Children's Miracle Network and The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. These guys raised over $91,000 last year, and they would love to raise even more this year.
The benefit will kick off with a cruise down Ocean Boulevard at 5 p.m. on Thursday, and events will continue through the following Friday and Saturday. Most events will take place at Broadway at the Beach and the old Myrtle Square Mall. So wax up your hot rod and get on out there for some serious fun, y'all!
