Battery and RailHawks in second round of the US Open Cup (Update: Battery are victorious)

Update June 23:

The Charleston Battery's Rudolph Mayard and Lamar Neagle booted in the goals that knocked the Carolina RailHawks out of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup last night.

With the win Charleston advances to the third round and will play Major League Soccer’s Chicago Fire in Chicago next Tuesday, June 29th.

The Charleston Battery squares off against the Carolina RailHawks in the second round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup tonight at 7:30 p.m.

The Battery enters the game in first place in USL Division II. The winning of tonight's game will head to Chicago next week for a third round game against Major League Soccer’s Chicago Fire.
