Update September 6: Here's a round-up of how South Carolina teams performed on Saturday.

The Citadel is opening its season today, September 6, on the road against the 21st-ranked UNC Tar Heels.

If the Bulldogs can just keep the score reasonable, they'll have done one heck of job. The Post and Courier has a nice narrative preview of tonight's game.
