Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital is set to host the 2nd Annual Trot for Tots 5K Run/Walk on October 29th.

The run, which is raising money to provide car seats for infants in need, starts and finishes on the campus of Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital (on the corner Highway 17 North and Faison Road).

This year's event will feature a Halloween custume contest for children, face painting and other children's activities. Prizes will be given to the best costume. Live Music will be provided by Steel Petals.

Race registration fee is $25 before October 21 and $30 afterwards. Packet pickup and late registration will begin at 7:15 a.m. the day of the race. The official race will kick off at 8:30 a.m. and then will be followed shortly after, at 9 a.m., but the Kids Fun Run.
