"Bridging" Education with HGTC engineering

Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is hosting its Third Annual Engineering Day. 

HGTC's College of Engineering Technology Program will be showcasing student designed and engineered bridges and support beams. Each project will be giving a real life stress test to showcase strength and durability of the structures. The students computer drafting skills will also be apart of the competition.

The competition will be held April 20 at the Conway Campus of HGTC from 8AM - 12:30PM. Local area architects and engineers will be on hand to engage the students in topic discussion. For more information please contact HGTC at (843) 347-3186.
