Come swim in the Charleston Harbor as The Logan Rutledge Children’s foundation presents the 8th annual Lowcountry Splash Open Water Swim on Saturday, May 23rd, at 8 a.m.

Some 395 swimmers are registered for the 2.4 mile open water swim begins at the Hobcaw Yacht Club and finishes at Patriot Point Naval and Maritime Center.

Proceeds from the Splash benefit the Logan Rutledge Children's Foundation, a local not for profit organization promoting the health and welfare of children in the Lowcountry.

The Hobcaw Yacht club is located at 180 Hobcaw Drive in Mount Pleasant.
