After taking on the Joe's "Homwrecker" and Bowen's Island's oysters, Man vs. Food's Adam Richman hoped over to Bushido to tackle their Spicy Tuna Roll Challenge.

It's a competition that hundreds have completed -- but fewer than a dozen have pulled off in a single siting.
