First Report 10/31: Souper Supper, one of the warming and hearty events of the fall season, is back at Market Common.

Hosted by the Myrtle Beach chapter of the American Culinary Federation, the Souper Supper is an annual event that features soups from 50 of the best local restaurants and chefs.  It will happen this Sunday, November 6th, from noon until 3:00 p.m. Last year's Grand Champion, Ernest Bledsoe of the Murrells Inlet restaurant Bliss, will, no doubt, impress.

Souper Supper 2010 helped to raise money for continuing education and scholarship for culinary students at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. To read more about that event, hop on over to Myrtle Beach Restaurant News and check out their write-up about the day and a list of all the winners.

Tickets are available online and at the door on the day of the show, but make sure to get there early because a lot of restaurants may run out of their offerings fast due to the popularity of this event.
