Edisto's Old Post Office Restaurant returns with a vengeance

After being forced to closed in 2006, the Old Post Office Restaurant on Edisto has been fixed up and has returned better than ever.
And though there's new owners, the food is still just as tasty and just as local thanks to the fact they got chef Philip Bardin to stay on.
Deidre Schipani has penned an excellent and thorough piece on the restaurant's overhaul and its menu.
Personally I have my eye on the grilled onion sausage made in Hollywood, S.C.
