Get yourself into a pickle

Charleston Magazine has a piece on the all powerful art of pickling, and how chefs Charles Vincent and Sarah O’Kelley of The Glass Onion incorporate a pickled piece into almost every dish.
They've also thrown in a recipe for pickled cauliflower for those of you out there who want to try your hand at pickling and impress future dinner guests.
