Chef Patrick Owens has already made a name for himself in the area, particuarly for making Langdon's in Mt. Pleasant the town's only AAA Four-Diamond award winner--and he's looking to continue the streak with a new restaurant.

On June 27th, Opal opened its doors at 1960 Riviera Dr. in Seaside Farms. The restaurant serves dinner Monday-Saturday and features a continuously changing menu offering dishes that Owens calls "California meets Mediterranean".

So what can you look forward to coming out of Opal's kitchen? Freshly-made pasta, dishes features fresh local ingredients, and a huge variety of cheese. Ready to give Opal a shot? Make reservations over at Open Table, or give Opal a call at (843) 654-9070.
