ITNCharlestonTrident invites everyone to join us in our annual fundraising event “Walk for Rides” on April 28, 2012. The 2 mile walk is around scenic Hampton Park. This is a family and pet friendly event with, vendors, food and live music featuring The Folly Dogs.
Registration starts at 9 am and the walk starts at 10 am. You may register the day of the event or in advance by visiting www.WalkForRides.org. There is a $10 minimum donation to walk or $15 minimum donation for the walk and T-shirt. Children 11 and under participate for free.
ITNCharlestonTrident is part of the first and only national non-profit transportation system for America's aging and visually impaired populations. The ITN (Independent Transportation Network) model marries the power of information technology and the strength of local, grassroots support. The ITNCharlestonTrident vision is to create and provide an efficient and financially sustainable solution to the transportation needs of seniors and the visually impaired and their families throughout the Trident area.
