W.O.K. giving 20% to the Red Cross

World Oriental Kitchen (W.O.K.) on King St. is holding a weekend dedicated to helping the Red Cross Haiti Development Fund.

They hosted the after-party for the "Gaga Day in the Square" on Friday evening with 100% of the proceeds going to the Red Cross.  But if you didn't make that, there's still a chance for you to contribute.

Till February 1st, W.O.K. will be donating 20% of every sale to the Haiti relief efforts.

W.O.K Nick Bergelt explains "We have an opportunity to help the people of Haiti, and it is encouraging to see individuals unite towards causes for the greater good of those in need."

W.O.K. specializes in eastern-influenced, sustainable, all-natural locally and regionally grown foods.  So stop on by W.O.K. this weekend, and grab some good food, that is good for you, for a good cause.
