A new study conducted by MUSC found that only 8% people follow major healthy habits -- a drop from the 15% from two decades ago.

In the last 18 years alcohol consumption is up, smoking rates have held steady and body mass indexes are rising. With South Carolina ranked number five on the list of most obese states, this study should serve as a wake-up call.
