The Boeing Company is eyeing hundreds of acres of North Charleston land that is currently held by the Charleston County Aviation Authority.

The plan is to expand Boeing amongst 800 acres of land surrounding the Charleston International Airport and current Boeing facility. Talks of the sale have begun, and it would appear that Aviation Authority is willing to strike up a deal.

Head over to The Charleston Regional Business Journal for a look at Boeing's land purchase plans and further reporting on the pending sale.
