Bosch signals new investment, 300 jobs for North Charleston plant
Image by BOSCH Bosch's North Charleston plant employed more than 2,000 in late 2008.
Perhaps you recall back in early 2009 when a sluggish automobile sector was chewing away at jobs at the Bosch plant in North Charleston's 2,100 jobs.
Well things are picking back up and the plant that now employees some 1,500 is looking to get $125 million in equipment upgrades and 300 jobs over the next several years.
Still in the hole, but a promising sign.
