According to retail analysts, consumers are going to be hitting the downtown shopping district hard this weekend.

Charleston Regional Business Journal reports that a survey conducted by Charleston-based America’s Research Group found that 50% of consumers plan to shop on Black Friday while 65% plan to hit the early bird specials. Both percentages mark a 20-year high.
