In December 2011 Quentin Gregory Miller died after his vehicle was struck by Adam Joseph Burnell's car while on the Ravenel Bridge. Burnell was charged with a DUI.

Burnell was an employee at Husk and Miller's family placed partial blame on The Neighborhood Dining Group, owners of Charleston's Husk restaurant.

At it's core, the case said Husk allowed Burnell  to consume free drinks and did not try to stop him from driving home — now word of a $1.1 million settlement is spreading.

Roughly 55% will go to Miller's family and 45% towards legal costs and fees.
