Community grieves after slaying of youth (updated)

Update July 8:
According to The Post and Courier, Charleston Police have arrested two men in connection with the fatal shooting. There will be a 2:30 p.m. press conference today to release information on the arrests.
First reporting:
The community has rallied and grieved in the wake of 15-year-old Jermel Brown's slaying on Monday, June 30, underneath an I-26 overpass.
It's a tragedy that has renewed calls for tighter crime controls.
